Each step builds on the prior one. By the end of the engagement, you don't just have a plan — you have a plan that's been pressure-tested against your actual operations, with one concrete demonstration of AI working on data you recognise.

Step One · Week One
Discovery call
A ninety-minute conversation, typically with the owner and one or two operational leads. We map your business: revenue lines, customer flow, operational pain points, existing technology stack, regulatory constraints, brand sensitivity, and where you suspect AI might help. We end with a confirmed scope for the on-site visit.
ii.
Step Two · Week Two
On-site visit with live demonstration
Ari travels to your business — typically half a day, sometimes a full day. We walk the operation. We sit with you and your team. Most importantly, we run a live AI demonstration using your actual data: your documents, your processes, your customer questions. Not generic demos — your reality. This is where most engagements turn from theory into conviction.

Step Three · Weeks Two through Four
14-day strategy document
A custom written document, delivered within fourteen days of the on-site visit. Approximately twenty to thirty pages of substance: tool recommendations with vendor-neutral reasoning, implementation sequence, risk mapping (legal, operational, brand), realistic cost estimates, what to do first, what to defer, what to avoid entirely. Every recommendation references what we saw on-site.

Step Four · Months One and Two
60 days of consulting access
Email and Signal access for sixty days after the strategy document is delivered. You begin executing. Questions surface. We answer. If implementation requires hands beyond what your team can do, we recommend execution partners — but the engagement itself stays clean: advisory, not implementation.

Output three
Strategy document (20–30 pages)
Tool recommendations with reasoning. Implementation sequence. Risk mapping. Realistic cost projections. Written specifically for your operation — no template recycling. Where workflows repeat, we identify the agentic AI candidates — and where they do not repeat, we recommend simpler solutions instead.
Output four
60 days of email and Signal access
Real answers to implementation questions, referencing your specific operation. Not generic AI advice — calibrated guidance from someone who's now seen your business.

What this engagement isn't

This is not implementation. We design and recommend; we don't write your custom integrations, run your servers, or train your staff on tools we recommend. If implementation hands are needed beyond what your team can provide, we point to trusted execution partners — but the financial relationship stays clean.

This is not a retainer. The engagement is one-time and finite. If a year from now you want a refresh, we re-engage. We do not auto-bill, auto-renew, or auto-anything.
